Setup and management of the Helm Personal Server is done exclusively through our mobile application. After setup, the Helm app becomes the “one stop shop” for at-a-glance status checks, account and device management, troubleshooting, support and more.

DASHBOARD
This main view of the app provides at-a-glance status updates for your Helm Personal Server. Also provided are helpful follow-on tasks for you to complete: set up new devices, create new accounts or import data from other email accounts.

HELM STATUS
This screen provides more detailed information about your server: amount of storage used/available, the status of your network connection, and the status of your backups can be viewed from the Helm status screen.

DOMAIN MANAGEMENT
Customers who need to add, edit or delete any records can easily do so from the domain management screen. Customers can also view the record sets being managed by Helm.

EMAIL SETTINGS
The email settings screen provides central access to all email features: spam settings, management of imported accounts and the provisioning of additional devices or clients for email account access.

ACCOUNT
The account screen provides affordances for changing the primary account password as well as for managing other user accounts.

SUPPORT
Integrated support features make it easy to learn more about how to use your Helm Personal Server. A robust knowledge base, live chat and integrated ticketing system for support requests ensures timely help with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
